BerksFHS How to contact a member who submitted a Birth Brief |
If you have an interest in a name on a Birth Brief you can contact the person who submitted it provided that they are still a member. You can contact them by post and, in many cases, by email.
Even if the submitter is no longer a member we will be able to provide you with a computer printout of the birth brief.
Note:The Birth Brief Id (BBId) normally corresponds to the membership number, with an additional letter suffix if more than one birth brief has been submitted for what is, or once was, a family membership.
If, on the Birth
Briefs Index pages, the Birth Brief Id (BBid) number is followed by email
the member who submitted the brief can be contacted by email.
You will receive an
acknowledgement when your message is forwarded to the
member - this should normally take place within 10 days. |

pages, the Birth Brief Id (BBid) is immediately followed by post

This is the only option available for a birth brief submitted by a past member.
| order a computer printout The cost is £2 for each Ancestor report (i.e. per Birth Brief Id) generated from Personal Ancestral File (PAF). A GEDCOM file copy can also be supplied by eMail if you give your eMail address. |
