Members' Surname Interests - contact by email
If (and ONLY if) on the Members' Surname Interests pages the member number is followed by (email) your email message can be forwarded to the member concerned.

If you use any other email address, processing of your message will be delayed
Include in the subject of your message
The member number of the person you wish to contact and the specific surname of interest. (Your message will not be forwarded without the member's number)
Include in the body of your message
Your own email address (please make sure it is correct), and a short account of the reason for your interest and that you found the information on the Berkshire Family History Society website.
Do NOT include an attachment.
You will receive an acknowledgement when your message is forwarded to the member - this should normally be within 10 days.If for any reason (eg they have changed their email address) and you cannot contact them by email, you can always try to contact them by post
