Login ignored

When you try to log in to the Members' Area you might find that Members' menu does not appear. In that case, follow these simple steps:

  1. If there is a ribbon showing at the top of the page, click on the green I agree button. Then log in again. Otherwise continue to step 2
  2. Click on the Cookies link in the blue bar at the foot of the page.
  3. Click on the Remove Cookies button at the top of that article.
  4. A warning will will pop up - click on OK.
  5. Now click on Reconsider Cookies at the top of the cookies article - the cookie ribbon will now appear at the top of the page.
  6. Click on the green I agree button.

You should now be able to login, if you still can't login please contact the This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the following details:

  • Name and version of web browser eg Firefox 64.0, Chrome 71.0, Safari 12.0
  • Name and version of your operating system eg Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Mac OS Mojave (10.14)
  • Name of your Internet Service Provider eg BT Internet, PlusNet, Zen.
