DISCUSSION ETIQUETTE
Please be guided by the following:

SUBJECT LINE Include a clear indication of the content of the message and aim to 'entice' others to read the message. It is the primary information which appears in the on-line message archive. If replying to a previous message it may be appropriate to change the subject details.

FORMAT Send all messages in 'plain text' if possible. Please avoid using Rich Text (HTML) - it makes the messages much longer and can be used to spread viruses.

CONTENT Keep messages SHORT and confine them to ONE subject only.

CASE Write your message in lower-case but with surnames in CAPITALS. Upper-case in email messages is regarded as shouting. Place names should be 'capitalised' (e.g. Windsor).

     ATTACHMENTS Do NOT include attachments.

LONG MESSAGES These (if they are over 8Kb) will automatically be sent to Listowner for approval.
