Berkshire Burial Index and National Burial Index

A Berkshire Burial Index (BBI) is being prepared. The BerksFHS has contributed to the National Burial Index (NBI). The BBI is available on CD and is updated annually.

See the current state in the on-line article on the NBI. (The second edition of the NBI was published in August 2004.)

Details are available of the churches and periods included in the NBI for Berkshire. Details are also given of data included in the BBI since the NBI was published.
