Tours of the Research Centre, both the Reference Library and Computer suite, take place every three months.

The tours show and explain the information and facilities available. These include the:

- Library (containing over 7,000 items covering family and local history from Blewbury to Barbados). The Library Catalogue can be browsed on-line.

- Computer Suite (with 6+ networked computers and Broadband Access to the Internet) including Ancestry Library Edition with the English and Welsh Census (1841-1901)

- Bookshop

- Other facilities include microfiche and microfilm readers and printers, CD-ROMs and magazines.

After the tour there will be a short time to browse in the Library, buy books and publications and use the computers.

There is no charge to either members or non-members for a tour.
