Cheshire (CHS) is in the northwest of England, with a short coast bounded on the north by the river Mersey and on the south by the river Dee.


Neighbouring counties

Cheshire is bordered on the north by Lancashire and a small part of Yorkshire, on the east by Derbyshire, and on the south by Staffordshire and Shropshire, all in England. On the west are Flintshire and Denbighshire in Wales.
