Commencing in 1722, Reading became the second largest ‘printing town’ per head of population, in Great Britain.  This is its fascinating and often overlooked story, richly illustrated.

For those attending who wish to do some family history research while visiting the Centre, the Research Zone computers will be open from 1pm.
