THE SHIPTON-ON-CHERWELL TRAIN DISASTER 1874 (Mon. 17 Sep, 2018 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm)

One of the worst ever disasters on the Great Western Railway. Thirty-four people lost their lives on Christmas Eve 1874 when the Birmingham bound train derailed. It was an event which changed the way railways were operated in Britain.
