The Early Years of Reading's Railways: with Paul Joyce

Paul Joyce is Chairman of Reading Transport Group.  Reading was linked to London by railway in 1840, and to Bristol the following year, bringing important economic growth to the town.  This talk focuses on the early years of the railway.

For attendees wishing to do some family research whilst visiting the Centre, the Research Zone computers will be open from 1pm.

TICKETS: £5 (Members £4) includes tea/coffee and cake.
